We're Fully Accessible!
The Aquarium is wheelchair accessible. Need one for your visit? We have a limited number available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Just stop by Guest Services to inquire!
ABOUT OUR ACCESSIBILITY
One-Way Paths
You will notice one-way paths throughout the Aquarium, designed to help guests better navigate the facility and enjoy every exhibit. While the duration of your visit is not limited, we ask that guests follow the one-way path to ensure that everyone can have their best Aquarium experience.

Know What's Open
To provide exceptional care for our animals, on occasion an exhibit might need to close temporarily. Since refunds/exchanges are not offered in cases of closed areas or unavailable animals, please contact us prior to purchasing your tickets to ask about the availability of specific animals or experiences.

Add-On Experiences
Consider adding a Boat Tour to your visit. Be sure to watch for featured events, special openings, and behind-the-scenes tour experiences when planning which day and time you want to visit.
