North Building
You can rent the entire North Building and amaze up to 1,800 guests, or mix and match from our selection of rooms to fit your needs!
The Promenade
At 1,560 square feet, The Promenade is perfect for a corporate gathering or reception, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Owls Creek, a scenic deck, and a prime location next to our shark and sea turtle galleries. It seats up to 120 guests around an open area, with additional guests accommodated for a standing reception.
Sharks & Sea Turtles Gallery
Enjoy a meal with sharks, stroll by sea turtles, and spend time with jellies. This gallery is perfect for a professional dinner in front of the 3-story shark aquarium, and ideal for mingling while enjoying our iconic residents. This space can hold 50-60 guests for a seated reception and up to 150 guests for a standing reception.
