Membership Levels

We have a Membership Package option that is sure to meet anyone's needs. See below for more information on each membership level.

Individual

Individual | $75

Includes ONE named adult (age 12 and over) per day.

Individual Plus

Individual+1 | $100

Includes ONE named adult (age 12 and over) + ONE guest per day.

Family

Family | $150

Includes TWO named adults of the same household (or ONE named adult and ONE guest) + FOUR children (under age 18 and in the same family).

Family Plus

Family +1 | $185

Details are the same as Family level + 1 guest.

Military Discount Information

We offer a 10% military discount on our membership levels (excluding Conservation Society levels). Memberships can be purchased by calling (757) 385-3474. Purchaser must show a valid United States Armed Forces identification card to receive discounted membership.

Member Admission

While all of our Members are eligible for free admission, ALL visits must be reserved online and in advance.

Attention New Members

Although Aquarium admission is included with Membership, you will need to reserve your visit time and date prior to your visit. To do this:

  1. Create an account using the email associated with your membership.
  2. Click Register at the top right of the Ticket page.
  3. Sign in.
  4. Select Member Admission.
  5. Select the Date and Time you would like and add tickets to your basket (Number and ticket type are based on Membership benefits.)
  6. Review your order. The total should $0 unless you have added more tickets than allowed by your membership level.
  7. Save an image to your phone or print a copy to bring with you for safe touch-free scanning.

*If you receive an error message while checking out, please call (757) 385-3474 and use option 3 to connect with our Guest Services team and confirm your ticket purchase. Ticket purchases generally go through despite the error, all you need to do is call to confirm.
