Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math are key focuses for early learners. Our S.T.E.A.M. program, created for ages 3 to 7, allows our littlest learners the opportunity to create a piece of art based on scientific concepts. Bring your preschoolers for this age-appropriate program that includes a letter of the day, colors, stories, and songs. Happening each Tuesday at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. The third Tuesday of the month even features a puppet show! These 30-minute programs are held in the Main Building, and are included with Aquarium admission. No registration is required.
Join our nature fairies in the Wildflower Garden Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. as they explore nature, look for bugs, and play outside! This program is perfect for children ages 3-10. No registration is required and the program is included with Aquarium admission. This program extends through August 28.
Playtime with Miss Jenny & Friends
Join us on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the Wildflower Deck (right outside of the Coastal River exhibit) as Miss Jenny and her friends read stories and participate in playtime activities geared towards early learners. In the event of inclement weather, Playtime will be held in the Changing Exhibit Gallery. No registration is required and the program is included with Aquarium admission.
Every Thursday, at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., take an easy, 30-minute stroll along the Nature Trail to discover a new animal, color, or shape through fun outdoor activities. This program meets in the Main Building's Changing Exhibit Hallway and takes place inside during inclement weather. No registration is required and the program is included with Aquarium admission.
Youth Conservation Series
The Youth Conservation Series provides middle and high school students with opportunities to explore research, careers, and topics in marine science through field experiences and conservation action.
