Harbor Seal Fozzie Returns to the Sea - March 10, 2010

The Virginia Aquarium will release its first 2010 rehabilitated harbor seal Thursday, March 11, at 3 p.m. from First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach. The public is invited to observe “Fozzie’s” release.
